delete contributions, and, in the case of repeated offenses, to block

abiding by this rule will be deleted without prior warning.
6. We always attempt to assign discussions a competent moderator. The
latter enjoy our fullest trust and are not meant to be a forum
"police", but rather a contact person for user questions and a full
participant in the discussion. The moderator is required to warn
users in cases of obvious offenses, and to block them from discussion
in cases of repeated non-respect of the above rules.
